You have been kidnapped and have been held hostage in a haunted house. You and your shadow must join forces and find a way to escape.
If you get out of the front door you win.

Control:

Normal form.
w -d / left - right arrow keys - Movement
w/up  - At the red lights to use stairs.
Space: - pick / drop boxes.
E - Summon your shadow..

Shadow form:
wasd / arrow keys - movement. (All directions)
Cannot pickup objects but can push objects..
In your shadow  form ghost will chase the body to possess it.

P.S. If the ghosts are too fast try going to another side.

BugFix:  I had made a mistake while coding the ghosts causing  players to have different experiences with the ghost speed.
I have fixed it now and I apologize for the trouble caused.

Thank you!!!
Unfortunately, there's no ending screen.
I agree, the art and animation were really well done.
I was lucky to have Pouleart in my team.
I am glad that you liked our game.

Not sure if I'm missing something. The ghosts are too fast for me to get even the first key. Are you calculating their speed in Update instead of FixedUpdate?

I used the 'MoveTowards' function.
Which I'm now noticing is not independent of frame rate.
I can't believe I made such a rookie mistake.
Thanks a lot for pointing that out.

Haha no problem. I've made the same mistake many times. Easier to get rushed and forget the small things during jams. Anyway, I tried it again since you fixed the ghosts & beat the game. Good art style & lighting! Well done!
